BETROTHED = ENGAGED, not MARRIED
Mat 1:18 And the birth of Jesus the Messiah was thus. While his mother Mary was betrothed to Joseph, BEFORE they had cohabited, she was found to be with child by the Holy Spirit.
Mat 1:25 And he knew her not, UNTIL she had borne her firstborn son, and called is name Jesus.
This proves that the Joseph in Espousals of the Virgin was refuted by Apostle Matthew.

@ruthless6661 Not all Encyclopedia can be trusted. the priests announced through Judea that they wished to find in the tribe of Juda a respectable man to Espouse Mary, then twelve to fourteen years of age. Joseph, who was at the time ninety years old, ... and two years LATER the Annunciation took place. These dreams, as St. Jerome styles them, from which many a Christian artist has drawn his inspiration (see, for instance, Raphael's "Espousals of the Virgin"), are VOID of Authority

? if a prophet was used from Adam- being the 1st would, Christ do away with such ? should not men still receive instruction today, I don't trust mankind to be any wiser today, as any time in history.

Matt 1:18 Now the birth of Jesus Christ took place in this way. When his mother Mary had been BETROTHED (ENTRUSTED) to Joseph, (before they came together) she was found to be with child from the Holy Spirit.

@ruthless6661 All evidence of Encyclopedia proves Joseph was merely a chosen Guardian for Mary and not her husband. The Gospel has a different version on engagement to Mary but that Joseph's age was undisclosed. The charge is unsustainable due to insufficient information. Any further baseless presumption is a blasphemy against God's chosen ones.

Narrated by Joseph to Yahushua: "I call to mind also, my Lord, ... Then I went up to Thee, and took hold of Thy hand, saying: My son, take care of thyself. But Thou didst say to me in reply: Art thou not
my father after the flesh? I shall teach thee who I am.(4) Now therefore, O
Lord and my God, do not be angry with me, or condemn me on account of that
hour. I am Thy servant, and the son of Thine handmaiden;(5) but Thou art my
Lord, my God and Saviour, most surely the Son of God.

Joseph has no sexual relationship with Mary at all until his death. Yahushua narrated: The whole age of my father, therefore, that righteous old man, was
one hundred and eleven years, my Father in heaven having so decreed. And
the day on which his soul left his body was the twenty-sixth of the month
Abib. ...When my father Joseph had thus spoken, he was unable to weep more.
And I saw that death now had dominion over him. And my mother, virgin
undefiled, rose and came to me...

This is believed to be narrated by Yahushua to His Holy apostles: "She spent two years in his house; and in the third year of her stay with Joseph, in the fifteenth year of her age, she brought me forth on earth by a mystery which no creature can penetrate or understand, except myself, and my Father and the Holy Spirit, constituting one essence with myself."
So Yahushua chose Mary as a vessel of incarnation at her 14 years old. Jewish law permits girls at 12 years for marriage.

@ruthless6661 Encyclopedia is NOT the Word of God. You must read the context fully. Yahushua narrated: "He (Joseph) lived forty years unmarried; thereafter his wife remained under his care forty-nine years, and then died. And a year after her death, my mother, the blessed Mary, was ENTRUSTED to him by the priests, that he should keep her until the time of her marriage. ..."
Joseph was chosen as a GUARDIAN for virgin Mary until she was old to get married. She was then 12 years old.
Before creation (heavens and earth, and "men"), what was God doing? God is self-existing, okay; but, you can imagine an immortal life? For infinity, what will you do? For those who are "saved" and live forever, what will you do for the duration of eternity? People give much thought about living now, but what about the after-life? (Atheist need not apply, obviously. LOL)

@MrHouth Rev 4:8 And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, YHWH El-Shaddai, which was, and is, and is to come.
Rev 4:9 And when those beasts give glory and honour and thanks to him that sat on the throne, who liveth for ever and ever,
Rev 4:10 The four and twenty elders fall down before him that sat on the throne, and worship him that liveth for ever and ever, ..
