Chinese Coffee is a very limited release film that is a labor of love by Al Pacino, who wrote and directed. Stars with beloved Jerry Orbach, a wonderful actor of stage and screen, but most here will probably remember from Law and Order. About friendship and betrayal, with great scenes of NYC life. RIP Jerry Orbach. Trivia: Orbach originated the role of Billy in the Broadway stage play of Chicago.

  • Simply Brilliant!

  • @sorchauna I agree. I loved Jerry Orbach and of course, Al Pacino is so talented. I don't think he was great at marketing himself or this film would have done better. I think Al did it for the love of the art.

    thanks for watching

  • @gmt3010 Thats true and it is something you could say about the other films al has done like this, esp as he invested his own money in it. But jerry orbach is more than capable of acting along side of al and still come off great!

agreed! I adored Jerry Orbach on Law and Order. The most likeable character. But I learned he had a long history on the Broadway stage, I was totally impressed. I read in his obit he originated the role of Billy in the smash Broadway opening of Chicago. What a career! God bless

  • @gmt3010 I saw this parody of Al Pacino, Robert DeNiro (various movies) and I think also another actor. It was the funniest thing I ever saw. I left a comment but forgot to subscribe. Now with all the videos with Al Pacino how to find it? These were actors doing these actors and it was the funniest thing I was LOL when the Pacino character came in I almost fell over laughing. How to find that again?
