www.irsterminator.com 26 U.S.C. § 6330 provides that when a timely request for a Collection Due Process Hearing is made all IRS collection activity, including IRS levies, is suspended. This can happen in as little as two days. Suspending collection activity is the easy part. These videos discuss how to keep collection activity suspended indefinitely.

  • I use to own a small business for a short period of time, I did not submit w2 forms and now I am being charged $ 1265.00 in penalties, I currently work for the Census Bureau but my employment is scheduled to end Oct 30, what would be my best course of action, try to work out a payment plan wait for them to levy my tax return?
