The Virginia chapter of Concerned Women for America have come out with a video called "What God Has Joined Together." The video makes baseless claims with no sources or facts to make a case for the "Marriage Protection Amendment" in Virginia. Judge for yourself but these people are sick.

concerned women for america sounds like some sort of organization for women but its not. if you read stuff on their website it has nothing to with women as a group but deals with 4 basic right wings issues: pro-life, anti darwinism, anti muslim, and anti homosexual propaganda. this is why I converted from hinduism to atheism, I just can't stand religious nut jobs

I guess if it takes an amendment to keep gays from marrying, without the amendment, it must be okay. I still don't understand how gay marriage "threatens" my heterosexual marriage. Will my husband and I have to divorce if gays are allowed to marry? Will we love each other less? Gays aren't mandating that all churches allow them to marry. Churches don't even have to marry heterosexuals if they don't want to. I see no reason our secular government shouldn't endorse gay marriage.

In fact, he hates all people who love one another unless they are white, christian, republican, straight, creationist and don't live in any kind of poverty. I think banning same-sex marriage shuts off a lot of economic opportunities for businesses that cater to weddings etc. Why are religious nuts always so concerned about what others do?

I have only heard the phrase "explosive, bloody diarrhea" used in one place: A radio broadcast by James Dobson in 1988 trying to justify discrimination against AIDS patients, and he said it like 20 times!

Actually the ACLU is leading lawsuits against churches in California that refuse to marry homosexual couples. Besides, the main problem is that marriage is the foundation of family and by letting homosexuals devalue that institution we slowly begin the erosion of a cornerstone
