my jade plan grows really fast but it seems to be growing to fast as it gets really spindly and bends towards the sun. is there some way which I can make it slow down and straighten up? That was a really nice video too thanks!

the silver leaves could be fungus knat larva eating them from the inside out - try some fine sand on the surface of the soil and less water.
