@sassymoe23 Congratulations in advance for having the vision and desire to open your own salon! I'm excited for you. I would love to give you some advice. You will actually be able to look at videos and ecourses on my website SalonBusinessMarketingTools I am going to suggest that you start thinking about what type of salon you want to open - traditional commission, booth rental style or salon suite. This will give you focus and allow you to start thinking about marketing program

@INDIVIsalon your policies and procedures, how many stations you need, the type of space etc....In regards to financing most banks or personal loans will want to see what you are going to contribute financially. So start saving and keep your credit clean. Send me a PM and I will send you a couple of sites that you can start researching as you get closer to your opening date that gives micro loans. -------Natalie P.S. Contact us anytime

@hairandmakeupme - Not really. Indivi Salon Suites is the facility/beauty mall where your business is located. You are independent like you are suppose to be with booth rental but with more. 24/7 access, your business signage and suite number, your own retail, your design inside your private suite, your own customers, your price menu, you set your schedule, you market your business, you have salon shop license. It is not an employee/employer relationship. I hope this was helpful:-) Natalie
