@raakone I don't think thats likely. Scott walker was working on the material for this album a couple years before devandra banharts first release. I think his influences are found more in noises and orchestrations

People say that he sings different now, but if you listen to "Angels of Ashes" after this you realize that it´s exactly the same voice as 40 years ago.

yes... this album is one of the most beautiful ,haunting and deep albums i've listened. This album could be the soundtrack of my psycho-nightmares... It reaches the subconscious....
