@davidnzs That is probably true to a point, but don't forget that much of the music from Everything But the Girl and some of the other artists that were similar to them in the late-1980's would influence what music many artists or bands would record in the 1990's. Sometimes things also run in cycles, so I'm hoping as people, especially young musicians, rediscover much of these nearly forgotten (but obviously as is the case that both of us are finding them, they aren't forgotten) that the

You can tell this world is really f*cked up when "artists" like Lady Gaga and Black Eyed Peas are so influential in society and bands like Everything But the Girl (although disbanded) have minimal impact. This music is truly BEAUTIFUL.
