Mega Man (DOS) - Part 4: Dr. Wily & Ending

The Dr. Wily stage and ending for the PC Mega Man game released by Hi-Tech Expressions in 1990.

Sorry about the terrible compression. The text at the ending reads:

Dr. Wiley (sic) has surrendered. Mega Man has saved the planet from destruction. But will it last!!!

Followed by the credits, which basically says that Stephen Rozner made the entire game single-handedly.

masters on my budget! I had to resort to using animals as grunts!

Also it doesn't look like Wily is apologizing at the end so much as he doesn't care.

Good run by the way, the PC ones aren't the best but for their time and the teams behind them they are pretty interesting and somewhat fun, even if it's mostly just as ideas.

They even named him Dr. Wiley at the end of the original NES Mega Man 3. On Wily Wars they fixed it back to Wily
