First time at Havasupai, deep in the Grand Canyon, and it definitely won't be my last. One of the most amazing spots on Earth, guaranteed. Iron in the sandstone makes the rocks red, but that is also the reason the water is so unbelievably sky blue. Rain seeps through the sandstone and collects all the iron and minerals, collects in an aquifer, then bubbles up to create the amazing water that carves out this finger of the Grand Canyon.
