This video will show you how to insert a Youtube Video into a PowerPoint.
Step 1) Make sure the developer Tab is open. If it isn't open click on the Microsoft Logo found on the very top left of the screen. Once clicked, at the bottom of the menu will be a button named PowerPoint Options. Click on that, then there should be three boxes to tick, click the one at the bottom that says, 'Show Developer Tab'.
Step 2) Go to the Developer Tab then click on More Contols then go down to Shockwave Flash Object. Click on that then drag across the sreen to desired fit. (Note: Make sure it doesn't take the shape of the PowerPoint Slide.
Step 3) Open YouTube and find a desired video. Then copy the URL of the web address.
Step 4) Right click on your Shockwave Flash Object and go to Properties. In the movie section Paste the previously copied URL. Remove 'watch?' and replace all '=' with '/'. (Note: You may olnly watch the video once in slide show).
