Why does every PCN have to have a hip hop modern dance? Seriously whats the point? Just curious dont hate!

The best answer to your question is that it has been tradition for many, many years. Since the PCNs contain mostly cultural dance performances passed down through generations, its only appropriate that a modern dance performance is added to reflect the style of dance during the time the show was performed. It's the only thing that changes over the years. PCN started at UCI back in the 70's... they were probably doing disco! But seriously... can you imagine a PCN without a modern dance?
