For the new, inexperienced member wanting to learn and participate in VO work, this video will help guide you with basic equipment requirements. Not all productions are recorded using this method; this is specific to community member made projects. Professional work is industry standard. This method allows one-on-one coaching and will teach the fundamentals of voice acting as well as capturing vocals that can be used in community productions. Special thanks to Kozzzmo for the great voice!

  • Nice tips there guys. As far as a microphone, I recommend the one from the RockBand games as I use them for my videos now and they're pretty decent. Now dont go and buy RockBand (1,2 or 3) just for it, but If you have one lying around it's pretty effective.
