The Pershing Museum

For over seventy years, the Pershing Park Memorial Association (PPMA) has dedicated itself to keeping the memory of General John J. Pershing alive. There is one strategic piece remaining to accomplish this goal. A campaign has begun to raise 1.2 Million Dollars for the construction of the Pershing Memorial Museum and Leadership Archives.

General John J Pershing is my husband's Great.Uncle 3 times over. It is interesting, in this video it shows a photo of General Pershing's grandson, who doesn't look a lot like Pershing but my husband looks so much like him. The chin, thin lips and certainly that Pershing nose. LOL. Cannot wait to take the children to Pershing State Park and see the new museum.
