If it is a Lipo, the probably to low Mah, and C rate
you should get between 1700 / 2100 Mah and at least 15 to 20C discharge rate.
But then again, 5 to 12 minutes is about max for a Battery depending on how you fly. hoover or learning is about 12 minutes, heavy 3D flight about 5 to 6 minutes.
I have a walkera 37 and the battery which came with it is sooooo rubbish... it like lasts for about 5 minutes and isnt powerful

Are you using brushless motor? Are the electronic parts from Walkera?

Some are, the motor :WK 180L ,Esc: WK 30A also the WK Gyro is standard.
But the receiver is futaba r146ip and servo's are TP sg-90. I am using FX-18 v2 transmitter

Yes, the steeringholder, swashplate, main shaft sleeve, bellcranks and the paddlebarholders are from aluminium.
The blade holders and rotorhead are still plastic though.
