By making prostitution "illegal" you're forcing these things into the streets and into the dark alleys, where diseases, murders, and the disenfranchised dwell.

Actually not true. Even though prostitution is illegal almost everywhere in the USA, street prostitution only makes up less than 10% of all prostitution. Educate yourself.

If she went in to a program in Texas to get her of the street. How come she is on the street getting arrested for prostitution. If you look deep she did the program to shorten her Jail time in Texas. She got Welfare to clean up and move. She knows the system and she will never stop being a Hooker and a drug user. It's a good education for people to see this.
