Grammer didn't say "good Lord" - if you listen to the sound carefully, it cuts out right when he fell, and once again after making that "aauhhh" sound. He probably said "shit" or "fuck" and the video was censored...which would explain the "sorry for my language" comment at the end. "Good lord" is not an expletive.
