Thrill The World NYC in Astoria Park, Queens 2009 (in HD!) Thank you NTVI for the footage! This is awesome! Zombies all over the world united on October 24th 2009 to give a global tribute to Michael Jackson and his legacy.
The same year Michael Jackson died, my grandmother died. I got over her death, but I still can't get over the fact Michael Jackson is dead, my heart aches for him :'(
This was a phenomenal night with real die hard "Thriller" fans willing to brave the rain, the mud, the lightening. . . but what a great night we had!!! My son, Scott, and I did this together and we will never forget the experience. My daughter-in-law did some video that we will post soon. Thanks, fellow zombies. . . it was terrific!
Absolutely the muddiest Thriller dance I've ever danced. But I agree, it was worth the adverse conditions. From where I was (at least four rows back), with the bright light and all that misty air...it was really, really cool.
You go New York City!!! Well done Amada!!!! I know you were running around like the craziest zombie on the planet. But isn't is sooooooooooo worth it!? By Thrill time it wasn't hard to play a zombie at all! Forever Michael, The Boogie Woman
