@FillTheirVoid Remember, Jesus is the Word of God. Deut 18:18, John 14:10. His words are not His own, though He can still refer to Himself. Rev 1:1 reinforces the point that Jesus is passing on a message from God. Again, He was made better than the angels because God made Him Lord of all. Don't resort to eisegesis; those who believe in Christ are sons of God just as much as He is.

So is it then your contention that men shall praise Christ their savior - praise which apparently only belongs to God who is the only savior?
It seems to me that Christ is given the same adoration that the Father is, because He is God.

So when Christ said "I AM The First and the Last" He wasn't speaking about Himself? What about when He says I am He who was dead? Is He speaking about someone else there?
Yes, He is higher than the angels - because He is the Son of God.

@FillTheirVoid "Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself." Phil 3:21
I'm sure there are many more scriptures I could present which prove God shares His glory, but that ought to suffice.

@FillTheirVoid Read the context of Is 42:8. God is saying that He won't share His glory with any other nation besides Israel. To interpret this scripture in the eisegetical manner you do would mean serious problems when we come across John 17:22:
"And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them."
And 2 Cor 3:18:
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord."
I really don't think its that confusing. 3 personalities in one essence. I really liked the last bit too on historical arguments that show greater problems with non-trinitarian monothiesm.

@kwalityc we must be careful, it's not 3 personalities, it's 3 persons...

@Sanctum85
your words 'we must be careful, it's not 3 personalities, it's 3 persons'
to EXPLAIN when did the word ONE came to mean MORE THAN ONE SINGULAR?
For I remember very well the humiliation at being taken to the infant class to be 'shown' what the word ONE meant when I had crossed out my mistake with '3' lines instead of the '1' line my teacher had told us to do!
I look forward to your reply

@MayIPleaseAskYou Thanks for asking and I apologize for my delay in the response, but I don't usually monitor the comments on my videos. it's very time consuming. Correct me if I misunderstood your concern. What makes a person a person is the ability to reason, communicate. that which makes it distinct from an animal or thing. By definition it's a self-conscious or rational being. And it has nothing to do with physicality.

@Sanctum85 Personality is what a person can have. But it does not define its personhood.
