How do I install Silverlight on Apple TV 1st Generations I have manage to download it from Firefox Downloads but it will not run. Please help me Thank You

@1959yuc I got rid of my 1st Gen AppleTV awhile ago. It's much easier and better experience now days to just use XBox 360 or Roku.

@agiamiu Do a search for davexoxide on Boxee Forums. (that's me) You'll see a few post in the AppleTV section that I made. One of those post has links to two articles I used to put this together. What do I have to gain by faking this? Trust me, it's real.

Dave, I have been trying to add Netflix on my apple TV but I haven't made it yet, so far I am running boxee and xbmc but the application for netflix just doesn't show up there on boxee where I understand it should be, on the other hand other people say netflix under the apple tv will only run using firefox or silverlight. At this point I am pretty confused, then I see your 2 videos and u have it running in one of them via boxee and the other without it, isn't it?. How can I watch Netflix Dave?

@aceplum Most importantly get Firefox and Siliverlight installed... Once you have that then you can navigate to netflix.com and start playing movies with your netflix account. Or just buy a new appletv.

i have nito tv on my apple tv but don't have application as an option.do you know why that is?

i just got my pc's hooked up to my tvs . Got hulu and netflix and all those movie channels on them =)
