  • @petruccifan38

Just because you look up to those ppl or look at them from the outside without seeing a problem, doesn't mean there isn't any.

Do some more research, start drinking cola for a week and see how you feel...

  • i can tell everyone who commented believes whatever any guy on youtube has to say. i know people who have been drinking pop their whole life and they dont have a thing wrong with them. i'm not going to sit here and say that pop is a healthy drink. but theres a lot of things worse than pop. the guy in this video makes it sound like drinking pop is the same thing as doing cocaine or heroin lol

  • wait im sorry what was he talking ABOOT? ahahahahahahaha

  • meh what ever i never drink pop mabey like 2-3 a week or mabey nothng for a whole month

  • wow... i didnt know that soda would do this to a person.

  • This Dr. Pepper is my last soda. A promise to myself, although I never did want to live a long time.

  • @wakeisbeast234 No, but it may affect your times for a short while though. I'm not sure how long, minutes or hours. You can do the opposite by ingesting baking soda, also called soda doping (google it). I'm not entirely sure how it works, but it definitely increases performance - especially for long distance runners. Never try something new just before a competition though.

  • i drink maby one pop/soda every 2-3 months, i have been trying to not drink it much because i run track and cross country in high school. i have also heard that just drinking one soda/pop 3-5 days before a race will actually slow down my times, i am a distance runner not sprinter. is this true?

  • i am glad i saw this video. thank you
