Question,when in the knee shield position should I bump my opponent forward a little hoping he pushes back and helps with the momentum of the sweep?or is it relatively easy as long as there not base low and back?

VERY nice sweep there, the second one. The hook sweep he shows first is great too, but I hadn't seen that second one. Setting up sweeps that take your opponent up and back over you opens up a whole new dimension to your sweeping game
