  • Question,when in the knee shield position should I bump my opponent forward a little hoping he pushes back and helps with the momentum of the sweep?or is it relatively easy as long as there not base low and back?

  • VERY nice sweep there, the second one. The hook sweep he shows first is great too, but I hadn't seen that second one. Setting up sweeps that take your opponent up and back over you opens up a whole new dimension to your sweeping game
