This awful smelling, non-productive, 125 employee only, eyesore, rodent infested, pedestrian restrictive, view restrictive, contaminated, toxic spewing paper mill should be torn down and a beautiful community, tourist attraction (second only to Niagara Falls in water flow) park should take it's place!
