Thanks for the constructive criticism! I always appreciate advice from people with nothing more than a single game video and who type like they're 13 years old!

I would like this version better than Daniel Brown's if it were up to speed. I think if Daniel Brown's version were combined with this one, it would be perfect. I guess I'll post a video of my attempt at doing this...

can I get I link to Daniel Brown's? I can't find it through normal searching on youtube...

hmm... thanks for the link. okay- about getting up to (his) speed: the version I play is practically all sixteenths in the bass, which gets crazy hard at higher speeds, and the right hand part at 00:16 is much more complicated than his simplified version. That granted, he's obviously leagues above me, although upon reflection, I could probably play this piece much better now, than when I first recorded it.

I can't do the left hand damnit!! You have any tip for keeping a constant rythm?
Jizu16 4 years ago
I have no crazy tips that would make you say "why didn't I think of that?" but I did it just by practicing the left hand alone first (slowly), and then (slowly) combining it with the right. Try to hear the bass rhythm in your head before you play it (the Minibosses's version of VK starts with just bass; it's badass); that might also help.
