  • I went through in 1990 and 1991, and did Intermediate at South Field in helos! I miss the Navy, and I miss my brothers and sisters in the service.

  • I went through Whiting in 67. T28's, loud, oily and powerful. I could barely hold the brakes for the runup on my first FAM. You never forget that aircraft. I was just a kid, wish I could do it all over again

  • Very handsome video!!! I've been there in 1998 for my primary flight training with the Italian Army (could you belive that!!!) and I really enjoyed,a lot.

  • I'm a new Coastie going through flight training now. Although, I've been at Whiting Field a couple of times...I have not ever seen the "FLY COAST GUARD" water tower a 0:26. Did they take it out or do I just need to look again?
