my 06 ram hemi ran a 15.1 with just an intake and a throttle body spacer and i ran a 15.4 stock that was my best time i worst time was a 15.8

It wasnt that it was slow, it was that he could not drive. If you listen to him shift from 1st to 2nd, the blow off valve goes nuts. Thats me racing there in the 09 ram hemi. I thought i was going to see that engine blow out his hood!
