i raced sidecars in the early 90s, starting on a tz700 yam what a bike to start my racing on , the exceleration was out of this world andi remember thinking as we came out of the first fast rihgt hander on to a state(what the hell am i doing here),but i stuck with it and never looked back,i went on to drive,on a fzr 600 just at the time when things was going the way of f2 sidecars,i raced for 5 years and i have to say it was the most enjoyeble time of my life,

racing16... you should see them live... they're unbelievable and go like hell, the fastest team sport there is, over 200kph.

nolanbowling...Thanks for the vid. They're called sidecars, chairs or kneelers (because the rider is on his knees) and it is by far the most exciting form of motor sport to compete in. I've done it. They are beasts to ride as they defy the laws of physics.

This is why Speed needs to give NASCAR its own channel. so they can broadcast this and other cool racing like WRC, Le Mans Series, FIA Gt.

World Superside. 1000cc motorbike engines in a monocoque chassis.Fast fun and a million times more exciting than F1 :-)

It's called Superside Bike Racing as far as I know.
