RAW ORGANIC COCONUT OIL IS THE ONLY ONE THAT DOESN'T AND CONTAINS BENEFICIAL LAURIC ACID. DO SOME RESEARCH GUYS BEFORE POSTING NEXT TIME .

You should not promote Flax seed for chronic consumption. It only contains a fraction of the essential Omega acids and it also contains compounds that digest into toxic substances over the long term. Seriously. Cannabis/Hemp seed contains a nearly perfect balance of Omega acids for human consumption (more volume and more variants). It is more healthy than fish and it contains ZERO methylmercury, unlike fish. Cannabis seed is also nontoxic in large quantities over long periods.
