  • @speedykthx We're sorry that seeing people of all ages, fitness levels, sexes and genetic gifts made you so upset, but that's what's happening in CrossFit right now. People who suck but are getting better, people who are good but want to be awesome, people who are super fit but keep finding their weaknesses and tackling them. And we do it with lower injuries than standard gym workouts, because it's all functional exercises. When you calm down come on in and give it a shot.

  • @speedykthx you ever heard of beginners or what?? something is wrong with you to have so much hate.

  • @shannon1664 I agree with most of what you said. But unless there is a grand study out there, I dont think there's any evidence of less injury. Actually, maybe more with CF---I've seen the hands and shins bleed from snatch and cleans (ouch). Also, standard gym workouts are also full of functional exercises. CF doesnt have the monopoly on that. Regardless, keep it up!

  • 0:24, bad form for elbow? I don't know, just asking.

    2:36 very inspirational!

Will attend my 3rd fundamental class today in a few hours, excited and nervous! I couldn't walk for 3 days after my first fundamental, the 2nd one almost made me throw up. The results? I love it!

  • @speedykthx Ha you...don't really know a lot do ya.

  • I started Crossfit five months ago. Five months, 42 pounds, and 40 push-ups in the past. Five months, 5:30 on my mile and a half run, and 34 sit ups in a minute in the past. Five months, 12 Pull-Ups, a rope climb, and 115lbs on my Deadlift ago. Five months and scared to death of the graduation standard at Air Force BMT ago. It works. It's community. It's not the only way to fitness. It might not be the best for some. It's the best for me. It's a part of my life now.

  • Nice vid but music totally not fitting in.

  • @speedykthx They ain't talking about being elite at everything, just being as good as they can at it. They're pushing themselves to the very edge, and sometimes even further. Have you ever tried crossfit? I was sceptic towards it at start, but now.. one and a half month later my cardio is at its best and i feel better then i've ever did before. Try it out before commenting stupid shit like that.. It's a great concept, working for everyone who are willing to give it a try tbh.. Don't hate broow!

  • 0:24, 0:36, 1:25, 2:30

why would crossfit advertise this? they talk about being so elite at everything...WTF is this shit? olympic lifts dont suite your cardio needs, so stop doing them for high reps with shit technique, and dont even say technique breaks down for the last reps because you arent fooling anyone, your technique is shit from rep 1

  • You notice the only show adults but it's for everyone. I'm 14 and I've got seven other that do it with me
