Im blocking you for spam. I keep telling people DO NOT KEEP posting multiple comments regarding the same subject. It gets really annoying because my phone keeps going off saying i have a new message every ten seconds and I have to remove and approve these comments. @SNEAKSRUINMYLYFE This usually works for me when it doesn't connect. If you are using Windows, click START, then ALL PROGRAMS, STARTUP and click the HOTSYNC MANAGER. If that still doesn't work, reset the phone and the computer and do the above steps again. Anymore questions, please reply!

@maxaldugum1988 You are watching the wrong video. Please watch How to Reset a Palm Centro. It will show you how to do a hard reset which will erase everything.

my sister drop my paml centro when she was standing up and then it wouldnt turnon.when i connect it to the charger it turns on the little dot in da corner green and i try to turn it on but it wont.and then when i take away from the charger the little light stays on

@ftl989 I have dropped my Centro on concrete many times and it has never done that.
