@JillyBns89 If they don't stand in front of a mirror, some instructors say 'left' instead of 'right' because they are referring to the body parts of the people watching the DVD (who are standing in front of them so to speak).

@JillyBns89 A lot of exercise dvd instructors uses reverse body, because of the person that's exercising. Her left would be my right and her right would be my left.

bollywood dancing is more of hand movements and head movements and expression type of thing. Belly dancing is sorta like that but i dont think they use much of their hands/palms all that much they mostly use their belly.....hence beellyyy dancing haha

lol, i think she did the opposite leg cuz it's easier for ppl to imitate the mirrored leg in fornt of them. i've seen a lot of dance instructors do that.
