What a horrid story. I know that you can live with a father without knowing where his money comes from. I did, too. Fortunately for me, after my father passed away it was revealed that he had just been frugal, a good investor and ultimately made a good lifestyle through honest means. He had always told us that to speak about the money people make is vulgar and no one's business; & we shouldn't.

I absolutely do believe that they didn't know and I think Mark's tragic suicide is evidence of that.

there is probably some truth to this he probably told them he had a scheme going but it would ride out ... so they knew ... but what they didn't know is that he would get caught. my wife knows everything about me - it is impossible to hide anything from her ... it is impossible to not know.
