Tree Hugging with Jen + tour of woods and tree meditation

Okay, so I admit it. I'm a tree hugger!!! I love trees so much! Today's Vlog is about my love of trees and a little tour of my local woods. Okay, so it's a little silly, but what is life if we not live it with love, joy and spirit? Hug a tree today and feel better!

Tree Meditation:

Please, if you are a Lightworker, or just love nature or just want to try some tree loving...

When you are out and about today or tomorrow and if you pass a tree, please stop, place your left hand on the tree and send love to honour that tree. Lots of love, as much as you can manage. Then with your hand still on the tree honour and connect with the spirit species of that tree and thank it. Then with your hand still in place think about your favourite tree, wherever it may be in the world. Connect to it in your mind-spirit and think about why it is your favourite tree and how much you love it and send it that love. Lots of love. Then honour and connect with the spirit species of that tree and thank it.

If you can do this generously and with honour, respect and a thankful heart please do so. It only takes a few moment of your time. :)

Some of you may feel guided to take an amethyst crystal and put it in your right pocket and your favourite crystal in your left pocket. do whatever feels right.

When you say you connect with the tree, you do, its called quantum entanglement, the electrons between your atoms and the tree will inter-mingle forever. As well as everything else n the Universe for that matter. You have been and will always be connected to All That Is.
