  • you talk too much

8 minutes and 1 minute worth of information

  • What happened to theincrediblejy? They started with such high hopes and production values. If MMS was a miracle cure, surely they wouldn't have just stopped posting videos after 3 months and disappeared? Where are the videos of them being cured? Of course the scammers will have seen this too and we're bound to get some fake "i've been cured" videos, but if MMS was REALLY a miracle cure, which should have come 1st? The cured or the not cured? It's been 14 years.

  • its recommended to eat an hour BEFORE taking mms not after so that could be the reason for digestive and stomach upset try it and see if that makes a difference !

  • Has there been any goenment clinical trials on mms peer review studies?

  • It's been two weeks and next week I get a colonic. After that I'll get blood work done. I'll let you know the results.

  • Also, before I take it I eat something light like an apple, or some wheat bread, a cup of soup maybe about an hour 1/2 before I take the solution. I hope this is helpful to you.

  • Well, I started taking mms about a week ago. Before I started I made sure I detoxified my body for two week and I dranked pleanty of water. The mms doesnt get me sick, at first I broke out a little on my arms, but other than that I'm good with no complaints.

  • @NewKreature517 - no claim to be an expert, but some who are recomend buying whole flax and grinding it yourself, with a little coffee grinder, just before consumption. Works for me! I also enjoy flax sprouted.

  • @NewKreature517 - sure, sprounting grains may be the best way to eat them, and can be a great way to eat seeds, too. Since we are not ruminants, grinding flax is another way we can make use of its benefits, without the whole seed just passing through the digestive tract. It must be freshly ground, as others point out. Either way - enjoy!

  • @Jefferdaughter - everything I've read says differently. To each his own. I prefer to sprout them first and just eat them whole.
