dude why does that make it a wow wannabe. like the makers thought: i want to make it like WoW lets make the level cap 80 and mount on 40 :S, they did that to create a good balance in the mmo.

yea your comment sucks, but the others to. its all about that BOTH games are fun. 1 game doesent need to be better. that depeneds on personal style which is different by everyone. and wow is nothing like aoc at all.

The sieges are timed events lasting either 2 or 3 hours, iirc. The attackers win by breaching the walls and destroying the buildings of the keep culminating in a boss fight at the Keep itself once that is reached. The defenders win if the attackers do not by the end of the allotted time.

The rhino and war mammoth are available only to those who preordered the game at this time so the only purchasable mounts are the horses. The cheapest available is the 2 gold one I mentioned and there are several various quality mounts available that range in price all the way up to 150g.

You need to be level 40 to use any of the mounts. The base horse mount costs 2 gold from the vendors and there is also a riding skill book for purchase for 1 gold which I also assume is needed. Money is not so easy to come by at this point since there is no established economy and even at level 43 I find myself with only 60 silver. I imagine this will change once people find various ways to make money and a base economy (with functioning Trading Posts) is established.
