  • Lyrics are posted below. Sorry, the youtube system wouldn't accept the HTML code which would have allowed it to format in verse form. Someone mentioned downloading. The Firefox browser has a "plug-in" called Download Helper which allows you to download youtube videos as *.FLV files. You can then use another program like MPEG streamclip to convert to mp4. (You can thank me at my "Jamaican in China" blog. Search on google.)

  • She said that she was sorry things weren't going right and that my neighbor's dog was disturbing me at night that I didn't get the raise of pay I've been wanting from the other day but if there was a possibility she'd gladly swap her place with me "Can you...swim on any beach you want to?" she asked again. "Can you...stay out late at night, when you want to? Are there no signs in town, saying "We want no Blacks around"? You must be living next to paradise!"
  • So obsessed was I with the trivial things I wanted, my very liberty I've taken for granted But when I heard from my friend out yonder I had to stop and wonder her words came back to haunt me, when she asked... "Can you...swim on any beach you want to? Can you...stay out late at night, when you want to? Are there no signs around 'We want no Blacks in town'? You must be living in paradise!"
