“They are shooting them like dogs” sounds like a Hollywood propaganda sound track prepared by CIA. On another video like this, where they show machine guns were used. At that distance, you need a high power rifle. Search by “Tibet truth” on Youtube. There are legal ways to cross a border patrolled by people with guns and you decide not to?
