Sugary foods/drinks actually make me feel worse. I don't really have a sweet tooth, i guess.

Sarah... this is nothing but a moving version of the yoga pose - downward facing dog... the actual release happen at that exact point of downdog. Other movement do not release the hormone and are just to stretch other parts. But really, downward facing dog creates a postive energy.
