My hCG diet recipe blog. http://www.HCGDietRecipesMadeSimple.com. Traveling is hard on P2--especially during the holidays. My advice--just say no!

  • I make mine with liquid Stevia (lots of it) and really like it, but it's best, IMO, made with agave nectar (not sure that's P2 friendly, though). How do you get the asparatame to dissolve? We are so different, huh? Coc D always worked for me... you are determined & I know you can do what you need to do. Thanks for vlogging!

  • @Yoliechula It didn't dissolve! It was grainy, but it tasted good.

  • There's so many triggers around family anyway...it's weird. Plus...the first week on HCG I recommend isolation. There's just so many emotions.....like me being almost in tears because YT doesn't post some of my comments! So the first week is the hardest and you are right there...and traveling...bless you're heart...

I believe in you T....you can do it!!! Stay strong with me! I love u, and emailed you a couple of G-Way recipes!

  • @HCGPartyTrain I've realized that I do fine as along as I'm in my own environment--cooking for others at home and in my kitchen I am not even tempted. Once I get out of my comfort zone it's another story--especially when people start asking all kinds of questions.

  • @HCGPartyTrain I know! I should have just waited until after New Year's to start this round, knowing that this BIG annual family gathering was going to take place with all the food. Anyway, I'm back on track today--rockin' it!

  • That sounds so hard, but you should be really proud of how well you have done. Circumstance kinda worked out where I had to avoid family this year, and while it was no fun I am glad I didn't have to deal with it. Hang in there....maybe this will be the last holiday season we have to deal with it.

  • @WillsonHCG Aww, thank you! So glad the holidays are OVER!

  • yeah, that's how it was when I made it with Splenda one time. As long as it's good :)

  • Girrrl your family has unleashe FOODATAGE on you! gees.....ya did pretty good considering :)

  • Oh girl.... family and the holidays are rough. I had the worst time ever this holiday season. Coconut oil did not work for me at all for a long time on P2, and mac nuts always worked, so everyone's tolerances are different. You are still doing so well.... don't stress, just do your best. :-)

  • I'm glad you takin' it DOWN!

Those last 20 are going to have to TAP OUT!

    xoxo

  • I know....I was in hibernation R1P2...and with me going to be with my sister and family, I'm nervous! But in the scheme of things, this is simple and structured and i don't have to "think" about what I'm eating I just do it.....eeee...please pray! lol I wil go later this wk or when my brother-in-law starts chemo...
