Thanks Man!!! Yes, My 747 is losing speed when I am reaching 39000ft.. To go to this altitude, I do these: below 10000ft I set the autopilot to climb with 2500-3000ft per minute. Above 10000 ft->2500ft per minute, above 20000ft->1800ft per minute, above 30000ft->1000-1500ft per minute, above 36000ft->500-1000ft per minute and above 37500ft->500ft per minute. Also check if your mach speed is above 0.78, If its not, reduce your climbing rate speed (feet per minute). hope that helps..

Thank you Man!!! About my speed, I do these: After takeoff and below 10000ft, I set the autopilot speed (Turn on the A/T ARM Switch and press SPD button, of course with Autopilot Engaged) to 235 -240 Knots (I do not exceed 250 Knots), after pass 10000ft, I set 320 Knots and after pass 30000ft, I change the autopilot from Knots to Mach (Press MACH button below SPD) and I set .85 Mach. If you do all this procedures you can reach 39000ft without stall/overspeed problems. Hope that helps.. ; )
