On January 29, 2009, with the new law's namesake Lilly Ledbetter there to witness, President Obama signed into law the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act -- legislation to fight pay discrimination and ensure fundamental fairness to American workers.

Indianapolis is not a state that tries to protect disabled persons rights,you your rights as getting medical help our legal help know matter what you do to protect your rights, even though eeoc hear or state gov. here, it is control, workers or employee's don't have know legals rights or better laws that will protect there civil rights,you can file all you want and get nothing done.I have tried to file and get help but only got block.
