What you're seeing is gameplay. I just did a rally and this is the replay. All graphic settings maxed out at 1920x1080. Without fraps recording it's average 60fps and minimum 40fps. With fraps recording it locks in at 30fps.

Also you say it runs at minimum 40FPS?

My 6950 runs at 60FPS all the time, also with a overclocked AMD 970 :P

And i only need a 550W
