How can 400 employees in 79 cities at one of FORTUNEs 100 Best Places to Work pull off a rehearsed flash mob dance right under the CEO's nose? It wasn't easy, but in Camden Property Trust's culture with values that include Having Fun, the extraordinary often happens. This event was inspired by Oprah's I Gotta Feeling flash mob dance.

This was so much fun preparing, practicing and dancing and it was awesome to see the end result of 400+ employees dancing in unison to pay tribute to Ric, Keith and Malcolm!
