Carmen-Suite, 1978. The two are truly best Carmen and Jose ever and in this video they dance just... love.
So I'm trying to fill a certain blank, 'cause there're dissapointingly few Godunov videos in the net in general and on YT in particular, which is not fair, is it?..
Oh, and there are great Radchenko and Barykin also.

Alexander Godunov said that Maya was his favorite partner. You can see why. This is the Most Passionate Ballet I have ever seen. STUNNING ! What a teasing Carmen she was ! And, he as Don Jose, so hopelessly in love ! THIS IS JUST SENSATIONAL ! --- That kiss at the End !

Sascha, how we miss you. One of the few male dancers whose intensity matches Plisetskaya's. She was so strong that many male dancers disappeared while on stage with her.
