Sometime the patients cannot afford large numbers of grafts and / or repeated hair transplantation surgeries. It may also be that the patient lacks the donor hair supply because of physiology or previous surgeries.
Low number of follicles can be used to restore significant level of baldness. A skilled hair restoration surgeon would know how to create a natural look in this situation.
This video shows the Follicular Unit Extraction procedure, or FUE, hair transplantation process. Dr. Umar, the leading body hair transplant, and one of the leading FUE surgeons, shows the process with a patient in his Redondo Beach office in Los Angeles, CA.
these results are hard to believe

for some reason, i cant send a link via comment. also, i was wondering about the exact amount of coverage that number of grafts would give/allow if the recipient had given a level four thinning in the front/top, and near complete baldness at the back. there is a present, but narrow hairline, similiar to actor Bill Nighy's

this might sound odd; i'm around 20 years of age.
I don't suffer from any noticeable loss of hair -- neither do the men in my family.
but, how much would it cost two sessions:
One, a transfer of thirty-five-hundred grafts from the head and nape to widen the hairline, push it forward buy a centremeter and add density to the top
Two, one-thousand or so individual facial hairs to the top, nearing the crown.
This is the level of baldness i'm thinking of.
