TheAtheistPaladin suggested I do the Top 10 crazest arguments for god....I combo'd it with general religious defenses because, let's face it...as crazy as their arguments can get...they don't HAVE 10 proofs of god worth talking about.

@NoneShaltPass "We" didn't create god. God is something anybody that believes in god creates for themselves as a method for comprehending what should be a simple and commonly accepted fact. But these people have boxed their minds in. And as they continue to stay close-minded, they continue to deteriorate their minds by throwing away useful information and replacing it with stories... that were written by people... at a time when people didn't know shit about anything.

Hey, KH, there is a really dumb religious defense that requires bashing. The one where the sheep bleat 'these were all evil men misusing god'.

All I can say is these so-called wicked people using and exploiting the religion were religious authorities! You would think that if this did not like the actions of these ‘wicked’ people misusing him, he would DO something about it so no one else would continue that trend. It's not like he hasn't hesitated to kill before chrisitanity especially

People say, religion gives you hope and makes you happy. Sorry, but I live quite jollily by myself and friends (who are also atheist, for the most part) and religion doesn't even come into it. As for the 'hope' I don't care about what happens after I die.. If there's some sort of spirit world, I say cool. If not, meh I couldn't care less.
