@MsSasuSakuLove you can make a downloads folder just do this: first go to liabrary then go to documents or my documents then go to EA or EA games then look for New folder on the top of the screen on the right or middle then name it downloads with a CAPITAL D then you can download stuff. BTW i can't say i hoped i helped because i know i did. XD lol but i help you your welcome

ive done all this & the files r in the downloads file, but when i try to play it freezes & closes out. help!

@evilboygenuisjs Probly Custom content is disabled in town go to the"..." sign then the 2 wheels Then there will be a custom sign in the top right corner. at the bottom choose enable instead.

on my sims 2 like ea games etc. Theres no downloads folder! for some reason! idk why please help :( I remimber having sims 2 on my other laptop and i would download alot of custom content and get it right! but now i just downloaded sims 2 on my new laptop and it isnt here! :( help!
