  • So very cool to see Sammy Terry again. He scared me more than the films he presented.

  • Look ya square in da big eye.

I watched this show and old horror films before sleeping during my early childhood. It builds character. He's a mister Rodgers sort of character, right?

  • this is great

  • um, watch the whole thing!

  • He was from a Cincinnatti station not Indy

  • I'm sure there was some partying going on while the movie was playing LOL

  • WAIT A MINUTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!THE COVER OF THIS VIDE?????????HAS HATTIE THE WITCH ND THE COOL GHOUL FRM CINCINNATI OHIO CHANNEL !19 wxix tv

  • Sammy's special "ghost" from Cincinnati was Dick von Hoehne, a/k/a The Cool Ghoul, a Cincinnati-based horror host, a big fave of mine as a kid. The puppetteer was Larry Smith, who used to appear both on the Cool Ghoul's show and other kids programs in town. Dick is gone, sadly, but Larry Smith still does puppet events in Ohio.

  • The Cool Ghoul was the host of "Scream-In" a Saturday night show on WXIX in Cincinnati. He showed horror movies and did schtick. He was played by the late Dick Von Hoene, a local DJ and television host. Hattie the Witch was one of Larry Smith's puppets and had her own show for awhile. Whatever became of Snarfy R. Dog?

  • I used to work with Steve Ross. Steve was a great guy, but the old scrooge he works for, isn't. Especially, during tax season. Right, Big "D" ?
