it was the dancers fault, absolutely, - he should've had someone maintaining a safe perimeter around him, while he was performing an acrobatic routine, whereby his legs were flailing abut dangerously, - also, he was dominating a huge amount of public area, where people should be able to pass freely & unhindered, - not everyone is into these epileptic chimpout routines.
What if I walked through, & kicked him squarely in the nuts, & just said woops, - you shouldn't've been there buddy....!!
