  • Why does this song remind me of the HBO show The Wire?

  • @ekoli eskamon is awesome too can't forget that combo

  • @Doubleclick you two are beyond amazing beat smiths had to say it.

  • @Doubleclick Heh, I like your attitude. Everyone's always trying to categorize everything, and as soon as bass gets huge and comes into focus more at that tempo range, everyone starts shouting dubstep, and if it doesn't adhere to the other exact rules of that categorization, it's either "not enough this" or "not enough that", or it's some kind of over-specific sub-genre. I too am very influenced by the likes of grime and jungle music, it blends with the hip-hop feel beautifully.

  • @mongoosedawg you hit it right on the head mayng

  • Fuck the "dubsteppers"; Big up to the electronic fans who've been fans for life.

  • This is amazing, but it would have been even better if they evolved it, I mean... 5 minutes long with a badass bassline. It sounds like a perfect intro.

  • Two Fingers’ music is a sparse bump of hip-hop that has been blended with the twitch of dubstep, the pace of grime, and the bass of d&b, resulting in tunes which can be stealthy and brittle, booming and sexy or towering and monolithic.

  • @B3GEEBUZ We don't claim to be part of dubstep either - what we make is just hiphop to us! The reason a lot of our pieces on the first 2 lps came out at a 130-140 bpm speed is because of influence from grime, and we had early jungle on our minds too.

  • nice! loving this produce.
